Life can get confusing

Counselling can help

I specialise in supporting adults who have recently been diagnosed with, or who self-identify as having, autism or ADHD. I also provide psychoeducation on autism and ADHD to families and partners of neurodivergent adults. By working with the wider family, I help ensure that neurodivergent individuals have their needs better understood and met.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming. I am here to help you and those close to you better understand and embrace neurodivergence, so you can move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.

I offer weekly, one-to-one counselling for adults and couples near Chichester, in person or online.

About me

I worked for many years in the creative industries, running my own business and travelling around the world. I have met people from all walks of life and many cultures, and I bring these experiences to my role as a therapist.

Sometimes, we all find ourselves repeating the same patterns over and over again or experiencing feelings of anxiety, confusion or sadness.

I can help you understand why that might be happening so we can work together to put you back in control of your life.

I’m a qualified psychotherapist in Transactional Analysis.

Transactional Analysis helps people identify the childhood messages and patterns that may be holding back their potential or their ability to be themselves.

I offer an initial free consultation lasting 30 minutes, during which we can see if we are a good fit to work together.

I have a set fee of £70 for individuals and £100 for couples. I am a registered member with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). Reg number 2011172047.
