Life can get confusing

Counselling can help

Sometimes, we all find ourselves repeating the same patterns over and over again or experiencing feelings of anxiety, confusion or sadness.

I can help you understand why that might be happening so we can work together to put you back in control of your life.

My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, empathetic space where you feel supported, understood and able to talk about your experiences. I focus on building a relationship first before we make a contract about what you would like to work on.

About me

I offer weekly, one-to-one counselling for adults and couples in London, on the South Coast and online.

I worked for many years in the creative industries, running my own business and traveling around the world. I have met people from all walks of life and many cultures, and I bring these experiences to my role as a therapist.

I am fascinated by the creative mind and am especially interested in working with people who have dyslexia as well as on clients’ relationship issues, bereavement, trauma, guilt and shame.

I’m a psychotherapist in my third year studying for an Advanced Diploma in Transactional Analysis, which leads to professional accreditation with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

My training is in Transactional Analysis, which helps people to identify the childhood messages and patterns that may be holding back their potential or their ability to be themselves in relationships.

Sessions will take place at the same time each week and last for 50 minutes.

I charge £50 per session in London or £40 outside London or online. Fees may be paid at the beginning of each session in cash or by BACS prior to the session.
